Dr. Eugenia Arvaniti is an Associate Professor at the University of Patras in the field of Interculturality and Diversity in Education.
Dr. Arvaniti has previously worked in various positions at the Ministry of Education (2006-2012) Adult Education/Special Secretariat for Educational Planning and Intercultural Education under the guidance of Special Secretary Thalia Dragona. He was involved in the development of policies for intercultural and immigrant education, as well as the training of teachers through the preparation of working texts and invitations for large co-financed programs of the NSRF.
Dr. Arvaniti lived and worked for a decade in Australia (1995-2005) gaining significant experience in multicultural education, curriculum design and language policy.
During the years 2001-2004, she was the Director of the Center for Family History and Education at RMIT University in Melbourne and a member of the Globalism Institute/RMIT.
He is a partner of the PASCAL International Observatory and the University of Illinois/USA (Common Ground & Learning by Design). She recently contributed to the creation of the web application, New Learning, for which she is scientific responsible for Greece. This platform offers a framework for professional learning and in-school teacher training for intercultural teaching design, the application of the CGSCHOLAR.COM platform. Also, since 2015, he coordinates the Intercultural Dialogue and Learning Forum

University of Ioannina, specializing in Group & Team Coaching.
He has created and introduced experiential personal and professional seminars
development, such as 'DatingYourSelf', 'BrandingYourSelf' and 'Level Up your
Coaching Skills" and has co-created the "TH.E.S.E. your life on a different basis"
and "Coach your business to success".
She has taken part as a speaker in many meetings, conferences and events such as
the HCCMA-Coacning on the Go and TEDxAthens2018.
He is a founding member and President of the Coaching Consulting Association and
Mentoring Greece and loves lifelong learning and continuous development and
improvement in all areas of life!
Η Βαρβάρα είναι Εκπαιδευτικός Τεχνολόγος Μηχανολόγος Μηχανικός & Γεωλόγος, με Μεταπτυχιακό στην Ωκεανογραφία, και έχει ειδικευθεί στην Παιδαγωγική και Διδακτική του Μαθήματος της Τεχνολογίας. Τα τελευταία 10 χρόνια υπηρετεί στην Δ.Δ.Ε. Β΄ Αθήνας ως Υπεύθυνη Περιβαλλοντικής Εκπαίδευσης. Ασχολείται με την Εκπαίδευση Ενηλίκων, σε σεμινάρια ΚΠΕ και Διευθύνσεων Εκπαίδευσης, στο Ι.Ε.Π., και ως Συντονίστρια/Εμψυχώτρια στα Προγράμματα του Ιδρύματος Λαμπράκη: «Νοιάζομαι και Δρω» & «WOMΕNTORS». Έχει μεγάλη εμπειρία στον σχεδιασμό και την υλοποίηση σεμιναρίων και έχει συμμετάσχει στην παραγωγή εκπαιδευτικού υλικού Κέντρων Περιβαλλοντικής Εκπαίδευσης, του ΙΤΥΕ ΔΙΟΦΑΝΤΟΣ & του Εργαστηρίου Π.Ε. του ΕΚΠΑ.
Έχει επιμεληθεί την έκδοση δύο Συλλογικών Τόμων Απολογισμού & καλών πρακτικών Προγραμμάτων Π.Ε. στα σχολεία αρμοδιότητας της Δ.Δ.Ε. Β΄Αθήνας.
